Job Description

Instructure is seeking an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to drive measurable business growth through strategic, creative, and data-driven execution within key accounts. This role involves leading ABM programs, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and optimizing strategies based on data insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute ABM strategy
  • Design and manage 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and sector marketing
  • Orchestrate and measure multi-channel account journeys
  • Develop assets for educators, administrators, and technology leaders
  • Manage budgets and timelines
  • Analyze research projects
  • Drive collaboration and alignment with sales and marketing
  • Ensure campaign alignment and tracking
  • Design dashboards to visualize ABM performance
  • Refine targeting strategies
  • Track key performance indicators
  • Share best practices

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience
  • 2+ years managing ABM programs in SaaS or software
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline and customer expansion
  • Expertise with Demandbase, Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, and Tableau
  • Analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Curiosity and a test-and-learn approach
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
