Job Description

Instructure is seeking experienced Account Executives to join their Business and Government Sales Team, focusing on introducing, upselling, and cross-selling Instructure products to current clients and developing sales strategies to increase pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce and upsell/cross-sell Instructure products
  • Develop sales strategies
  • Meet/exceed sales quota
  • Collaborate with customer success & renewals teams
  • Collaborate with sales teams on territory plans
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations
  • Provide education and training
  • Use Salesforce & Clari for documentation and forecasting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience
  • Experience with Higher Education, Professional Learning, or EdTech is a plus
  • Experience selling enterprise level software/SaaS
  • Experience selling at all levels (MM & Enterprise)
  • Excellent strategic/consultative sales skills
  • Ability to do detailed needs analysis and proposal development
