Sword Health is seeking a Technology Manager to scale Predict's engineering and data science functions. This role involves architecting and building AI-powered engagement systems, developing a high-performing team, and collaborating with leadership to translate complex ML systems into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build autonomous systems for coordinated outreach
• Build backend systems powering AI concierge
• Oversee data ingestion and tagging pipelines
• Improve ML models
• Lead development of agentic AI systems
• Build tools and dashboards to monitor agent performance
• Implement metrics for AI agent success
• Evaluate foundation models
• Manage LLM token budgets and performance

Requirements

• 5+ years production ML experience
• End-to-end AI agent development experience
• Strong backend architecture skills
• 2+ years engineering management experience
• Experience in high-growth environments
• Technical leadership skills
• Cross-functional collaboration skills
