Job Description

Sword Health is seeking a Head of Marketing to own the end-to-end marketing strategy and performance, focusing on enrollments. This role involves leading creative strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and building/managing a high-performing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth or performance marketing, experience in B2C/B2B2C environments, and a passion for improving healthcare through AI.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end marketing strategy and performance
  • Lead creative strategy and execution
  • Develop tone of voice and customer messaging
  • Identify growth opportunities
  • Interface with other business units
  • Support B2B demand generation
  • Lead top-of-funnel strategy
  • Build and scale performance marketing campaigns
  • Design and optimize member journeys
  • Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy
  • Build and manage a marketing team
  • Establish KPIs and reporting cadences
  • Act as the voice of the member
  • Drive product marketing announcements

Requirements

  • 10 years of marketing experience
  • Strong background in growth or performance marketing
  • Experience in early and late-stage environments
  • Experience in B2C or B2B2C marketing, ideally in healthcare
  • Analytical and data-driven skills
  • Experience building user journeys
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bias toward action and problem-solving
