Job Description

This variable-time remote position involves conducting non-clinical onboarding consultations with new members to collect information, guide setup, and provide a comprehensive intake summary to the dedicated Pelvic Health Specialist, enabling scalable pelvic care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conducting non-clinical onboarding consultations
• Collecting member information
• Guiding initial setup
• Compiling and processing member information
• Providing intake summaries to Pelvic Health Specialists
• Ensuring seamless member transfer

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT)
• Licensed physical therapist
• 3+ years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal disorders, specifically pelvic health
• Completion of PH1 (APTA), PF1 (Herman & Wallace), or Pelvic Health I (Evidence in Motion)
• Flexible schedule between 10-20 hours/week
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with member empowerment
