Job Description

This variable-time remote position involves conducting non-clinical onboarding consultations with new members to collect information, guide setup, and prepare them for pelvic health programs. The role focuses on enabling scalable pelvic care delivery and ensuring a seamless transition to dedicated Women's Health Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Conducting onboarding video and audio consultations
• Collecting member information
• Guiding initial setup
• Compiling and processing member information
• Providing intake summaries to Women's Health Specialists
• Ensuring seamless member transfer

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT)
• Licensed physical therapist
• 3+ years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal disorders, specifically pelvic health
• Completion of PH1, PF1, or Pelvic Health I certification
• Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written)
• Flexible schedule between 10-20 hours/week
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with member empowerment
