Job Description

Sword Health is seeking a Spanish-fluent Physical Therapist to conduct onboarding consultations with members, build treatment briefs, and provide support to both members and treatment PTs in a remote, AI-driven healthcare platform focused on chronic pain and other health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding video & audio consultations
• Address member questions and create foundations for behavioral change
• Process member information to build treatment briefs
• Create handoff notes for treatment PTs
• Address questions from treatment PTs

Requirements

• DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy)
• Fluent in Spanish
• Licensed physical therapist
• 3+ years of clinical experience
• Experience in musculoskeletal disorders
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and ability to work independently
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule (10-20 hours/week)
