Job Description

Sword Health is seeking a Business Development Representative to partner with sales and marketing to educate potential customers about their AI-driven healthcare platform. The role involves outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and supporting the sales team to drive pipeline growth and uncover important details for the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute pipeline growth plans
  • Drive outbound prospecting through account and contact research
  • Work with benefit consultants to drive awareness
  • Qualify inbound leads from email campaigns and website inquiries
  • Drive attendance to marketing events
  • Track and report on sales activities and KPIs within CRM
  • Communicate with the partnerships team
  • Support the sales team at conferences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in sales development or similar role
  • Experience in customer service and relationship-building
  • Experience in benefits, wellness, healthcare, or SaaS
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Proven ability to hit goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, LinkedIn, and Salesforce
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Self-motivated and organized
