Sword Health is seeking an experienced benefits leader to join their commercial engine. This role serves as a thought leader and strategic partner to Account Executives, focusing on sales strategy, prospect engagement, and industry advocacy to expand Sword’s impact in the enterprise benefits space. The position involves building the platform within the HR ecosystem, shaping product development, and providing market insights.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to create opportunities
  • Provide strategic guidance in top pursuits
  • Represent Sword in prospect conversations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to buyers
  • Participate in the broader benefits ecosystem
  • Position Sword as an innovator
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on go-to-market strategies
  • Manage a team of fractional advisors

Requirements

  • Former Head of Benefits or VP of Total Rewards role
  • Extensive network of benefits decision-makers
  • Proven ability to communicate with executive buyers
  • Background in holistic benefits and wellness strategy
  • Comfortable in external and internal roles
  • Former consulting experience is a plus
