Job Description

Sword Health is seeking a Head of Efficiency to lead company-wide efficiency initiatives, focusing on maximizing impact as the company scales globally. This role involves driving visibility, automation, and AI adoption to optimize resource allocation and accelerate growth without proportionally increasing costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all company spend
• Partner with FP&A and budget owners to connect decisions to ROI
• Build systems/dashboards for transparency and accountability
• Identify and lead automation/process redesign initiatives
• Manage and grow a high-impact team
• Work with CFO, CEO, and leaders to design scaling strategy

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Efficiency, Strategy/Operations Consulting, PE/IB, or Finance/Operations leadership
• Proven record of cross-functional transformation and efficiency gains
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Understanding of org design and workforce planning
• Strong executive presence
• Comfort with technology and AI adoption
