Sword Health is seeking a proactive and organized Bilingual Outbound Specialist to convert leads into members, guide them through enrollment, and provide excellent support. This role involves outbound calling, addressing concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to expand access to Sword Health programs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of outbound calling/sales experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Professional phone manner
• Ability to persuade and influence
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Proficiency in Zoom Workplace, Excel, Jira, Slack, Notion
• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
