Job Description

Highspot is seeking a Manager, Global Benefits to shape and elevate their global benefits strategy. This role will lead the design, implementation, delivery, and administration of employee benefits programs globally, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with the company's Total Rewards philosophy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global benefits strategy
  • Assess and refine global benefits offerings
  • Lead annual benefits renewals and compliance audits
  • Oversee daily benefits administration
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Manage 401(k) plan
  • Communicate benefits programs
  • Oversee Benefits team
  • Provide leadership and mentorship

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in benefits management, 2+ years global
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of US benefits legislation
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Highly organized and adaptable
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Passion for equitable benefits experiences
