Highspot is seeking a strategic operations leader to support and connect the work of their Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B) team. This role focuses on guiding and coordinating operational systems, managing the global DEI&B strategy, and translating data into actionable insights to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations, program management, or related field
• Proven ability to execute programs from concept to completion
• Experience leading global programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management tools
• Project management certification required
• Effective communication skills
• Comfort navigating ambiguity
• Experience with AI tools
