Job Description

Highspot is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and evangelism of AI-first product initiatives. This role involves defining the vision and roadmap for AI capabilities, partnering with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of safe, reliable, and differentiated AI experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define vision & strategy for Highspot AI capabilities
• Lead execution end-to-end (discovery, design, delivery)
• Own model and product success (metrics, experimentation)
• Drive platform & scale thinking (performance, security)
• Champion safety, fairness & compliance
• Be the cross-functional glue
• Mentor & raise the bar for PMs

Requirements

• 8+ years product management experience with B2B SaaS
• 4+ years working with ML/AI products
• Technical fluency with modern generative AI/ML concepts
• Proven record of shipping AI products to production
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience mentoring PMs
