Highspot is seeking a Senior Director to lead the strategy, innovation, and development for their Training and Coaching pillar. This role involves owning the product vision for an AI-driven learning ecosystem, guiding teams to build a continuous feedback loop, and empowering sales managers to become world-class coaches. The leader will be a key member of the Product leadership team, fostering innovation and delivering solutions that connect enablement efforts to revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire engineering teams
• Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, and TPMs
• Uphold and build upon Highspot’s culture
• Manage the evolution of Highspot’s software architecture
• Define KPIs and growth plans
• Create a collaborative environment
• Partner with the Services team
• Advocate for tools and resources
• Mentor and guide team development
• Define roles and responsibilities
• Ensure stakeholder involvement
• Enforce accountability

Requirements

• 10+ years in senior engineering leadership
• Experience in B2B SaaS industry
• Computer Science background or equivalent experience
• Experience developing and scaling cloud-native applications
• Experience with AI/ML, learning management systems, or data analytics
• Success in attracting and retaining engineering talent
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience designing software products at scale
• Understanding of the SDLC for SaaS applications
• Knowledge of programming languages like TypeScript, Python, Ruby, Java, and Clojure
