Highspot is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the App Platform team, responsible for delivering investments across the application stack to mitigate risks, enhance productivity, and ensure scalability. This role involves driving the technology vision, providing technical direction, and building a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the App Platform team
• Drive the technical roadmap and vision for the platform
• Lead initiatives to evolve architecture towards a distributed model
• Partner with Infrastructure teams for developer experience improvements
• Define standards and practices for software development
• Contribute to architectural decisions
• Attract, retain, and develop engineering talent
• Communicate with senior leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in engineering leadership
• Strong full-stack engineering background
• Success in leading complex refactoring efforts
• Results-driven approach to improving developer experience
• Proven track record of scaling SaaS platforms
• Ability to influence without authority
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for developing people
