Highspot is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Coaching team and build personalized coaching capabilities using AI. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale web applications, mentoring team members, and leading technology changes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications
• Recommend frontend infrastructure improvements
• Partner with Product Management and UX design
• Architect front-end infrastructure
• Mentor and guide team members
• Lead cross-functional projects
• Resolve customer technical issues
• Contribute to documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8 years of frontend development experience with React and TypeScript
• 5 years of experience architecting web applications
• Expertise in core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, HTTP)
• Ability to deconstruct complex problems
• Strong communication skills
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Entrepreneurial spirit
