Highspot is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead their Analytics Platform, focusing on in-app analytics and empowering customers with real-time insights. This role involves shaping the architecture, scalability, and long-term vision of their data visualization and reporting framework, driving frontend and backend innovations, and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale the Analytics Platform
• Lead frontend and backend analytics excellence
• Own end-to-end analytics flow
• Evolve RBAC for data governance

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering with analytics experience
• Strong knowledge of OLAP databases and analytics frameworks
• Experience with frontend analytics and component architecture
• Architectural leadership experience
• Proficiency in SQL, TypeScript, React
• Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes
• Proven ability to drive technical initiatives
• Analytical mindset
