Job Description

Highspot is seeking an experienced Account Executive for their Enterprise business, preferably located in Texas or Illinois. The role involves developing, managing, and closing sales opportunities, exceeding sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales, particularly within Sales and Marketing organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute against qualified leads
  • Build and deliver accurate pipeline and forecast
  • Lead customer sales cycles and close deals
  • Learn and communicate software value proposition
  • Manage internal relationships
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers
  • Understand customer budget and goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software sales experience
  • Value-based solution selling experience
  • Track record of surpassing sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in SFDC, Clari, Gong, Linkedin, Tableau
  • Experience selling enterprise platform solutions
  • Understanding of early-stage leads
  • Experience selling to Sales and Marketing teams
  • Experience in a fast-moving environment
