Job Description

Highspot is seeking an experienced Account Executive for their Enterprise business, focused on the East Coast. The role involves developing, managing, and closing sales opportunities, exceeding sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling complex enterprise solutions to Sales and Marketing organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute against qualified leads
  • Build and deliver an accurate pipeline and forecast
  • Lead customer sales cycles and close deals
  • Learn and communicate software value proposition
  • Manage internal relationships with Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Account Development Teams
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers
  • Understand and document customer budgets and goals
  • Contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements

  • Proven track record of selling complex enterprise solutions
  • Strong understanding of selling to early-stage leads
  • Experience selling to Sales, Sales Enablement, and Marketing teams
  • Experience in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to garner commitment and close deals
  • 5+ years of software sales experience
  • Ability to uncover customer business needs
  • Consistent track record of surpassing sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in SFDC, Clari, Gong, Linkedin, Tableau
