Job Description

Highspot is seeking an experienced Account Executive for their Enterprise business on the West Coast. The AE will be responsible for developing, managing, and closing sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and managing customer evaluations. This role requires a hunter mentality and experience selling to Sales and Marketing organizations in a collaborative and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute against qualified leads
  • Build and deliver an accurate pipeline and forecast
  • Lead customer sales cycles and close effectively
  • Learn and communicate software value proposition
  • Manage internal working relationships
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers
  • Understand and document customer budgets and goals
  • Contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software sales experience
  • Value-based solution selling experience
  • Track record of surpassing sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in SFDC, Clari, Gong, Linkedin, Tableau
  • Experience selling enterprise platform solutions
  • Understanding of early-stage leads
  • Experience selling to Sales, Sales Enablement, and Marketing teams
  • Experience in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
