Job Description

The Senior Director of Professional Services will lead Highspot’s global post-sales delivery organization, including Engagement Management, Implementation, Advisory Services, and Technical Account Management. This role focuses on strategy, execution, and scaling Professional Services to be a profitable and impactful business function, aligning with sales, customer success, product, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global Professional Services strategy
• Build a scalable services operating model
• Lead all service delivery motions
• Establish success metrics for project quality and customer satisfaction
• Forecast and manage capacity planning
• Collaborate with CSS, Product, and GTM teams
• Lead, mentor, and grow a global team

Requirements

• Seasoned executive with strategic and executional experience
• Experience leading Engagement Management, Implementation, Advisory, and TAM teams
• Financial management and forecasting skills
