Requirements

• 5+ years of HRBP experience in private equity, M&A, or accounting
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
• Ability to influence and partner with business leaders
• In-depth knowledge of state and federal labor laws
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in fast-paced or private equity-backed organizations
• Ability to travel frequently
