The Office & People Experience Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end employee experience in the HQ office, ensuring a hospitable and productive work environment. This role involves office logistics, supporting the People + Culture team, and contributing to employee engagement.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of office and facilities management experience
  • Office relocation experience preferred
  • Employee onboarding/offboarding experience preferred
  • Passion for People + Culture
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive information
  • Experience managing cross-functional relationships
  • Multitasking and initiative skills
  • Proficiency in Google docs and related technologies
