Job Description

Olo is seeking a motivated Emerging Account Executive to build relationships with existing customers and drive adoption of their online ordering platform within restaurant brands of 1-100 locations. The role involves understanding client needs, upselling solutions, and managing contract renewals, with the option to work remotely or from their NYC headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Drive awareness and adoption of new products
  • Build relationships and manage contract renewals
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and expansion
  • Conduct product demonstrations
  • Develop relationships throughout organizations
  • Draft benchmark analyses
  • Coordinate customer meetings and presentations
  • Manage contractual processes and negotiations
  • Collaborate with Customer Success
  • Meet revenue and product adoption goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience, 3+ in sales
  • Experience in hospitality/restaurant, B2B SaaS, or payment solutions preferred
  • Action-oriented and client-focused
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Organized and process-oriented
  • Comfortable with PC skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Google Suite, CRM)
  • Ability to decipher legal contracts
