Olo is seeking an experienced sales leader to oversee Account Executives focused on new customers with 1-100 locations. The role involves building and managing a high-performing sales team, enhancing performance through coaching, monitoring sales activity, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive growth and improve sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, lead, and inspire a Sales team

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience selling enterprise B2B SaaS
  • 3+ years managing a high-performing team
  • Experience in hyper-growth environments
  • MEDDPICC/MEDDICC trained
  • Proven track record of scaling sales teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce
