Job Description

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will optimize the CEO’s effectiveness, manage day-to-day operations, and serve as a trusted partner. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, organizational skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. The assistant will manage communication with leadership, stakeholders, and board members.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendar and scheduling
  • Coordinate and prepare meeting materials
  • Act as liaison between CEO and stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information
  • Manage travel arrangements
  • Track and drive key initiatives
  • Assist with board communications
  • Prepare written communications and reports
  • Streamline executive processes
  • Support special projects

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
  • Proven ability to manage calendars, projects, and priorities
  • Experience planning board meetings
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Familiarity with FinTech or financial services
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, Slack, Confluence, and SharePoint
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
