Job Description

The Fraud and Lead Quality Analyst will build and maintain an enterprise-wide fraud detection and management program, ensuring high lead quality and low false positive/negative rates. This role involves data-driven analysis, operational management of fraud detection platforms, and collaboration with business development and sales teams to tailor the program to unique business risks. The analyst will also create a feedback process with partners and marketing teams for continuous improvement of lead quality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide data-driven analytics on fraudulent activity
  • Improve efficacy and accuracy of fraud detection
  • Analyze overall lead quality
  • Make data-driven improvements to programs
  • Evaluate fraud/quality control products
  • Collect and transfer data to Snowflake
  • Write queries and create dashboards
  • Employ machine learning techniques
  • Address business needs in a cross-functional capacity
  • Monitor fraud detection program
  • Work with partners to investigate fraud
  • Maintain regulatory compliance
  • Perform data analysis and presentation

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in fraud management or lead quality assurance
  • Strong data analytics/data engineering skillset
  • Expertise with Snowflake, Sumologic, and Tableau
  • Experience with fraud detection in FinTech
  • Knowledge of financial fraud management techniques
  • Skill with cloud data solutions
  • Database analysis skills
  • Knowledge of fraud attack vectors
  • Knowledge of information security tools is a plus
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
