LendingTree is seeking a Utah Lending Manager to join the legal department, supporting the business licensing function. This role involves maintaining the Utah Lending Manager license, completing continuing education, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Utah Lending Manager license
• Complete annual Continuing Education
• Maintain communication with the legal department

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• No revoked loan originator licenses
• No felony convictions involving fraud or dishonesty
• Demonstrate financial responsibility and good character
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator license
• 3+ years of full-time lending experience within the last 5 years
• Minimum of 45 first lien residential mortgages
