Job Description

This role focuses on expanding LendingTree’s strategic partnerships with Lenders, Marketplaces, Media companies, and Aggregators to drive high-quality referral traffic. It's a hunter position requiring outbound prospecting, identifying new revenue opportunities, and a data-driven approach to secure new partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for relevant lead providing companies/partners
  • Establish relationships with decision makers
  • Develop, direct, and negotiate sales agreements
  • Conduct business meetings with lenders
  • Provide implementation support and training to partners
  • Consult with partners to improve success
  • Track account pipeline statuses using Salesforce
  • Collaborate with internal departments
  • Compile performance and billing reports
  • Conduct regular account reviews

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of internet-based technologies
  • Experience with contracting and business development workflows
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills
  • Team player adaptable to change
  • Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
  • Ability to travel (10%-25%)
