Job Description

The Senior Programmatic Marketing Analyst will manage and optimize display and native advertising campaigns to drive qualified lead acquisition for LendingTree’s loan and banking products, leveraging programmatic platforms and direct publisher partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize programmatic display and native campaigns
  • Monitor budgets and adjust bid strategies
  • Leverage audience targeting and publisher diversification
  • Test creative, messaging, and landing pages
  • Analyze data to identify trends and implement optimizations
  • Track and report on KPIs
  • Stay informed on industry changes
  • Partner with analytics, product, and engineering teams
  • Build vendor relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Experience with programmatic DSPs (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, Yahoo! DSP)
  • Experience with automated bid strategies
  • Proficiency in Excel and Tableau
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and experimental mindset
