Job Description

LendingTree is seeking a Product Manager to join the Marketplace Product Team. The Product Manager will be responsible for the discovery and delivery of projects supporting the marketplace digital portfolio, focusing on solving business problems, enhancing customer experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Product Manager on the Marketplace Product Team
• Maintain knowledge of customer pains, business needs, and market trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product enhancements
• Champion customer experience and identify UX improvements
• Track KPIs, assess experiment effectiveness, and report results
• Leverage data and insights to drive measurable enhancements
• Solve complex business problems

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Product Innovation, or related field
• Proven track record of driving measurable improvements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong understanding of customer experience principles
• Familiarity with experimentation methodologies
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with SQL and Tableau
• Extremely organized and able to prioritize tasks
