Job Description

LendingTree is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on selling their suite of products to lenders within the Home Vertical. The role requires a proven sales leader with a hands-on approach and strategic mindset to drive performance and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives
  • Drive sales performance to exceed revenue goals
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Participate in key client meetings
  • Foster accountability, collaboration, and improvement
  • Manage pipeline activities and forecasting
  • Provide coaching on sales techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Identify emerging opportunities
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard sales talent
  • Maintain product and market knowledge
  • Represent LendingTree at industry events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership/management role
  • Success leading quota-carrying teams in financial services/SaaS
  • Proven ability to hire and retain sales talent
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • High energy and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to travel
