Job Description

LendingTree is seeking a Program Manager to define, execute, and deliver strategic business programs. This role involves cross-team coordination, program management, and understanding new technologies to deliver new products and maintain process discipline. The Program Manager will be responsible for tracking status, resolving issues, and driving organizational change to meet long-term goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of strategic programs and technology initiatives
• Translate business requirements into execution plans
• Manage escalations and balance business needs
• Drive teamwork and communication across teams
• Create program health reports for all levels
• Build relationships with stakeholders
• Develop scalable program management frameworks
• Establish and track KPIs and success metrics
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency

Requirements

• 7+ years of Program Management experience with SDLC and agile frameworks
• Experience translating requirements into plans
• Experience building processes and schedules
• Experience using data and metrics for improvements
• Fluency with Atlassian Suite (Confluence/JIRA)
• Excellent program and stakeholder management skills
