Job Description

LendingTree is seeking an Agile Project Manager to join their Engineering Operations team. This role will focus on facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing project delivery, identifying and removing impediments, and coaching teams on Agile principles to improve performance and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies
• Partner with Product and Engineering to plan and track work
• Identify and remove impediments
• Build and share metrics on progress
• Coach teams on Agile principles
• Foster clear communication

Requirements

• 4+ years managing software development projects in an Agile environment
• Experience leading web-based application projects
• Strong familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Linear, etc.)
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized and adaptable
• Analytical thinker
• Collaborative
