LendingTree is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the development and architectural strategy of their form-flow-based platform, which drives a significant portion of the company's revenue. This role involves owning critical architecture decisions, scaling an enterprise-grade financial application, and providing technical leadership to other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and architectural strategy
• Scale enterprise level platform
• Drive development of Node.js API ecosystem
• Provide platform support
• Manage AWS ECS infrastructure
• Collaborate with stakeholders
• Lead and mentor other engineers

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with enterprise level codebases
• Experience building or scaling distributed systems
• Deep knowledge of React/Redux and Node.js
• Business-driven thinking
• Experience with performance optimizations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Expertise with React, Redux, Web Components
• Expertise with Node.js microservices and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with AWS ECS and GitLab CI/CD
