Job Description

Apiiro is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the customer journey, drive adoption of their application security platform, and translate technical features into measurable business value. The ideal candidate will be an outcome-driven strategist with a strong understanding of SDLC, application security tools, and experience driving ASPM outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer onboarding
  • Drive adoption and operationalization
  • Lead customer programs strategically
  • Translate technical features into business value
  • Serve as voice of customer to Product and Engineering
  • Lead QBRs and EBRs
  • Facilitate kickoff sessions
  • Embed Apiiro into workflows
  • Build value-driven use cases
  • Tune signal-to-noise ratio
  • Orchestrate escalations
  • Maintain reusable assets

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of SDLC & Infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Application Security tools
  • Experience driving measurable ASPM outcomes
  • Familiarity with next-gen security tools
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
