Job Description

The Salesforce Engineer is a key technical role responsible for designing, building, and supporting Salesforce systems, automations, and integrations for various teams including Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations. This role focuses on translating business needs into scalable and reliable Salesforce solutions, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex and other tools
• Create and support integrations with systems like NetSuite, CPQ, and Marketing Automation
• Replace outdated workflows with efficient designs
• Maintain a stable development pipeline using Git and DevOps practices
• Improve structure and performance of Service Cloud, CPQ, and related systems
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and adopt new features
• Apply best practices for data governance and security
• Collaborate with PMO, Security, IT, and other teams
• Translate business problems into technical solutions
• Investigate and resolve production issues
• Create system documentation

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Salesforce engineering/development experience
• Strong skills in Apex, SOQL, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Comfort with Git and a disciplined development process
• Understanding of Salesforce security (permission sets, profiles, roles)
• Ability to create technical solutions from unclear requirements
• Strong debugging skills
