Job Description

The Machine Learning Engineer will build the intelligence behind the next generation of agentic AI systems that reason over massive, heterogeneous log data, combining machine learning, prompt engineering, and rigorous evaluation to create autonomous AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize agentic AI components
• Develop and maintain golden datasets
• Prototype and evaluate prompting strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and infrastructure teams
• Operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure reliability, performance, and observability of deployed agents
• Maintain a strong bias for action

Requirements

• B.Tech, M.Tech, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 1-2 years of hands-on industry experience
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals
• Proficiency in Python and ML/data libraries
• Working knowledge of LLM core concepts
• Strong communication skills
