Job Description

This role leads strategic partnership initiatives to expand PagerDuty's enterprise software ecosystem through collaborations with technology partners, startups, and industry leaders. It involves developing and executing ecosystem strategy, managing relationships, and driving joint go-to-market initiatives to enhance platform value and accelerate product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute ecosystem strategy
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic technology partnerships
  • Serve as liaison between partners and internal stakeholders
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key ecosystem players
  • Identify market opportunities
  • Increase awareness through joint partner initiatives
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software partnerships
  • Proven track record leading ecosystem/partner programs in DevOps, ITOps
  • Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure and software landscapes
  • Strong technical acumen and business insight
  • Experience building and scaling strategic partnerships
  • Established network within the enterprise software ecosystem
  • Ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Bachelors Degree/MBA preferred
