Job Description

PagerDuty is seeking a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Applications (Finance) to manage and support their financial systems and applications, overseeing Order to Cash/Order to Revenue, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report processes. This role involves leading a team, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving technical solutions to support business success.

Responsibilities

• Set Finance applications product vision and roadmap
• Lead and develop a team of IT product managers and system administrators
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects
• Facilitate meetings and gather requirements with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain strategy for financial applications
• Stay current with technologies like NetSuite, Coupa, and Zuora
• Lead process improvements across finance
• Ensure change management and compliance
• Recommend technologies to improve business processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of people management experience in IT or Finance Systems
• 2+ years of experience with financial ERP systems
• Strong background in IT with knowledge of accounting and internal controls
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in a SaaS or publicly traded company
