Job Description

PagerDuty is seeking a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Applications (HRIS) to lead their Workday strategy and operations. This role involves owning the vision, roadmap, and day-to-day health of Workday across HCM and related modules, while developing and leading a team of Business and Integration Analysts. The position requires close collaboration with various departments to deliver scalable solutions and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Set Workday product vision and roadmap
• Lead and develop a team of Business and Integration Analysts
• Configure and optimize Workday
• Manage Workday change intake and release management
• Manage Workday security and compliance
• Direct Workday integrations
• Drive data quality and master-data stewardship
• Guide stakeholder communication and change management
• Stay current with Workday and HR technologies

Requirements

• 3+ years of people management experience in IT, HR Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience
• Strong background in HR or IT with Workday knowledge
• Experience managing Workday and HR application portfolios
• Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in a SaaS or publicly traded company
