Job Description

PagerDuty is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to acquire new business and drive growth within existing accounts. This role involves a balance of hunting for new opportunities and nurturing customer relationships, selling SaaS products to Enterprise-level organizations. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on both acquisition and retention, and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Highlight product value and address customer challenges
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Establish consultative relationships with prospects and clients
  • Drive new business and expand existing accounts
  • Manage complex sales cycles
  • Lead conversations with senior executives
  • Acquire new logos and nurture existing accounts
  • Develop strategic account plans
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Coordinate with internal teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of field sales experience (SaaS preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience managing existing accounts
  • Enterprise Account Management experience with large companies
  • Multi-product selling experience
  • Strong time management and analytical skills
  • Experience with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, etc.)
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%
