Job Description

PagerDuty is seeking a Strategic Growth Account Executive to sell SaaS products to Enterprise accounts. This role focuses on managing a pipeline of new business expansion opportunities within existing accounts, specifically targeting Global 2000 accounts. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach, a proven track record of driving sales growth, and the ability to deliver exceptional sales experiences to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate forecasts
  • Prospect for net new logo opportunities
  • Qualify opportunities using MEDDICC & COM Framework
  • Engage internal resources to move sales process forward

Requirements

  • 12+ years field sales experience (SaaS preferred)
  • 6+ years experience expanding within existing accounts
  • Strategic Account Management experience with Fortune 500 companies
  • Experience selling to C-level executives
  • Multi-product selling experience
  • Effective time management and analytical skills
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Self-sufficiency and collaboration skills
  • Sales Methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN) preferred
