Job Description

PagerDuty is seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead their Enterprise Sales team, managing complex sales cycles with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies. The role focuses on recruitment, enablement, and sales execution to drive revenue growth and customer success within the Enterprise segment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to win new business
  • Coach AEs on value-based sales cycles and executive engagement
  • Develop territory strategies for new logo acquisition and account growth
  • Guide AEs in pipeline building and demand generation
  • Drive adoption of sales methodologies
  • Manage pipeline and forecast accurately
  • Performance management and talent retention

Requirements

  • 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software/SaaS sales experience
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience
  • Proven ability to coach executive-level engagement
  • Experience driving adoption of formal sales methodologies
  • Track record of accurate forecasting
  • Experience with Fortune 500/Global 2000 accounts
