Job Description

PagerDuty is seeking a Sr. Director of Field Enablement to lead a team supporting sales, customer success, and partnerships. This role involves building and scaling the global enablement function to equip customer-facing teams with the skills and resources needed to sell and support PagerDuty's product portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize enablement programs
  • Gather and share customer/market insights
  • Drive creation of learning programs and events
  • Build and maintain enablement delivery platform
  • Collaborate with marketing and product marketing
  • Design and maintain sales onboarding program
  • Scale enablement support for Customer Success and Partnerships
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales enablement experience
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Track record of building strategic enablement programs
  • Experience with content management platforms (Highspot/Seismic)
  • 3+ years in high-growth SaaS environments
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (Force Management/MEDDIC) - preferred
  • Experience with Sales Operations/Salesforce - preferred
  • Strong program/project management skills
