PMG is seeking a Director of Brand & Creative Strategy to lead the charge in translating audience insights into brand platforms, campaign narratives, and creative strategies. This role involves leading integrated agency teams, championing brand strategy best practices, representing PMG in industry settings, and guiding the development of impactful marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Data-informed strategy and recommendation skills
  • Track record of launching impactful campaigns
  • Fluency in media and brand KPIs
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
