Job Description

PMG is seeking a Product Lead to drive innovative solutions for their proprietary operating system, Alli, focusing on the Creative Insights platform. This role involves leading product strategy, roadmap development, and execution, collaborating with various teams to maximize product potential and market success. The ideal candidate will bridge creativity and data, leveraging AI and data science to empower marketers.

Responsibilities

  • Own roadmap for Alli's Creative Insights platform
  • Use data to improve creative concepting and production
  • Understand creative and media team collaboration
  • Develop new product opportunities using AI and data science
  • Assess partnerships with third parties (Google, Amazon, OpenAI)
  • Align product vision with executives
  • Manage product lifecycle planning and execution
  • Drive product adoption through marketing activities
  • Manage concurrent product projects
  • Coordinate product releases
  • Gather and document product requirements
  • Scope costs and capacity for requests
  • Design flows, prototypes, and visuals
  • Conduct testing to improve software quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in advertising/creative agency or product role
  • 4+ years of experience with customer/martech data and digital advertising platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Experience with product marketing presentations
  • Passion for understanding user behavior
  • Experience with LLMs and data science modeling
  • Experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies
