PMG is seeking an Analytics Manager to lead analytics and measurement solutions for Financial Services and Retail clients. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring a team of analysts, and translating complex data into actionable insights to drive business success.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Analytics and Measurement experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 1+ years of team management experience
  • Strong knowledge of marketing measurement frameworks
  • Experience with data warehousing solutions
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools
  • Experience with ETL pipelines
  • Knowledge of Python or R
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with ad tech and digital marketing data
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
