PMG is seeking a Head of Data Science to lead a team focused on transforming data into strategic insights for marketing and business decisions. This role involves developing a long-term vision, leading a team, managing a substantial budget, and driving innovation in AI/ML capabilities. The ideal candidate will advise C-suite executives, build client relationships, and ensure responsible AI deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic vision for data science organization
• Lead and mentor data science teams
• Manage P&L and drive ROI from AI/ML initiatives
• Incubate and scale AI/ML capabilities
• Advise C-suite executives on AI/ML strategy
• Build and cultivate client relationships
• Govern AI ethics and data governance policies
• Represent PMG's AI/ML thought leadership
• Drive organizational design and talent strategy
• Oversee critical AI/ML programs
• Apply Python libraries to develop models

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in data science with 10+ years of leadership
• Proven ability to scale data science programs
• Deep expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling
• Strong fluency in experimentation design and forecasting
• Skilled in collaborating with engineering and data platform teams
